Warranty Covers Only Manufacturing Defects

- Electrical surges or short circuits caused by improper wiring
- Damage due to accidents, falls, or negligence
Shipping for Claim to Be Borne by Customer
For outstation warranty claims, customers are responsible for safely shipping the product to the service center. SIMTAC will return the repaired/replaced unit at no extra cost.
