We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused and in its original condition
- Original receipts would need to be included
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
1. VALIDITY FOR RETURNS
All returns would need to be raised within 10 days after the product is received at customer’s address.
2. RETURNS ONLINE
2.1 You will need to include your original receipt together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.3 Ship the product back via India Post Office or any local courier service. In case of reverse pick up,charges will be born by the customer which is ₹150. This amount will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded in the customer’s account.Generally, the processing period is 10 business working days upon receipt of your parcel.
2.4 Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have received it in our warehouse, the team will ask for the account details for refund.
2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via account transfer/paytm wallet within 10 business working days after the product is received at warehouse.

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 All items that are returned should be in same condition and not modified.
3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
3.3 Our returns policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
3.4 If someone applies for refund without any valid reason/ personal issues, in that case INR 150 will be deducted from the order amount and remaining amount will be refunded within a stipulated time.
3.5 All decisions made by Simtacauto.com is final.
