For outstation warranty claims, customers are responsible for safely shipping the product to the service center. SIMTAC will return the repaired/replaced unit at no extra cost.

I brought it in May, but it didn’t come with sunshade neither amh dust cap?

We would like to inform you that the sunshade model is currently being launched and is not yet available in the new range.
Regarding the dust cap, our R&D team is currently working on it. The development work is still in progress and has not been completed yet.
We will provide an update once the new model and dust cap are available.
