We would like to inform you that we do not have a compatible hazard flasher for the Hero Xtreme 160R 4V. Due to the unique wiring and supply configuration of this model, our existing flashers are not supported.

If you don’t want extra switches on your bike that look bulky or unattractive, this is the perfect product for you. The Simtac hazard module allows you to control your hazard lights using the existing indicator switch—no need for additional buttons.
I installed it on my 2025 Honda Unicorn along with Simtac LED indicator bulbs. I also used the Simtac indicator flasher relay to avoid any compatibility issues, since LED indicators require a DC power supply. Most stock bikes come with an AC flasher relay designed for halogen bulbs, which doesn’t work well with LEDs. Replacing it with Simtac’s relay solved the problem perfectly.
Overall, Simtac offers top-notch quality products. Proudly made in India and highly recommended for anyone upgrading their bike’s indicator system.

Amazing Product, completely switch less and even the indicators works normally when applied in between when the hazards are on.
Giving 4 star because the item I received had a blown out fuse in the green wire for which it was not working at first and I thought it was a defective one but later on when I opened the fuse capsule it was a blown out fuse inside which I replaced then with a spare one. But this shouldn’t happen in a brand new product right !Final quality check before dispatching must be taken care of.

I would only add one more experience, that is Simtac’s after sale service! Anything I shall say will be less! They’re awesome!

“Just the perfect product I have been looking for. Kudos to Simtac for building this.
It works seamless on my Yamaha FZS 25 BS6 model.
Here are some pros and cons that I came across
Pros
– Very good build quality. All the Wires are of copper, Coupler and Relay are of Industrial Grade.
– 6 months warranty
– Water proof
– Shock proof
– Fits into any bike/scooter, but the battery capacity should be 12V.
– One time wiring. You do the wiring once and you need to remove the wiring in case of replacement. the module has a coupler from which it can be detached and replaced (incase you are out of warranty)
– Memory feature. It flashes the last used pattern even after re-ignition of the vehicle.
– No extra switch is required. It uses the same stock indicator switch, which makes the dashboard/handle-bar looks neat and tidy.
– Automatic buzzer cut-off. If you already have a buzzer with your indicators, it won’t impact the flashers. The buzzer will sound only with the indicators, but will remain silent when the flashers are activated.
– The module doesn’t make any rattling sound like othe local flasher available in the market.
Cons
– No instalation guide provided inside the box.
– No coupler-to-coupler fitting as in other bike specific model. We have to tap into the wiring system. I completely understand because its a universal model and the couplers vary from bike to bike.
– No list of patterns given in the box, so you have to manually keep changing to see which pattern you want to keep
– Wear-&-tear on switch, to check the patterns you have to keep using the switch left & right which increases wear-&-tear on the indicator switch.
