Return & Replacement Policy
At SIMTAC, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You can request a return or replacement if:

The product you received is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.

You received a wrong or missing product (refund accepted only if an unboxing video is provided).

Your request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note: Returns are accepted only for unused products in their original condition, packaging, and with all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:

The product has been used, installed, or tampered with.

The damage is due to improper handling, installation, or external factors.

The product was purchased during a clearance or special offer sale, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Process

Share your order number, reason for return, and product photos/video for verification.

Once your return or replacement request is approved, send the product back to us as per the provided instructions.
In some cases, our technical team may request a short video to identify the issue before initiating the return or replacement.
4. Refund or Replacement

Replacement: A new product will be dispatched once the returned item is received and verified.

Refund: Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or provided account number within 7–10 working days after verification.
- Note: Once your refund is approved, you must ship the product back within 3–5 days.
If the product is not shipped within this time frame, your refund window will be closed automatically, and your request will be converted into a replacement only.
5. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a defective or wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

Note: Please send the product back to us via India Post / Speed Post.
If sent via any other courier service, we can return the shipping cost up to ₹100 only.
