I ordered hazard flashers from Simtac, but the first one was defective. Returning it cost me ₹94 for speed post, ₹40 for packing, and ₹200 for two installations, making the process expensive and time-consuming. While the replacement works fine now, the overall experience was frustrating. I’d recommend buying Simtac products from Amazon or Flipkart for better service and convenience. Simtac’s website service deserves 0 stars.
After this review, they called me and pressured me to change it. They lectured me and promised to refund my Speed Post fees, but haven’t done so. Instead, they altered my review and posted their own version. This is a scam. Be cautious
