If the total wattage of your 4 fog lights is within the harness’s capacity, it should work fine. Otherwise, overloading may affect performance.

Build Quality is top notch. The quality of braided wires, connectors, switch, relay & fuse is justified for the price. Length of the wiring harness is sufficiently long. I have connected two pairs of HJG AUX Lamps having cumulative load of 100 W (60W Mega Drive + 40W Mini Drive) and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍
