Sir, we would like to inform you that the M10 remote is not compatible with the M8DT. The M8DT comes with its own dedicated remote, and the battery percentage display feature is available only with the M10 remote.

I really loved the product, starting off with the navigation screen, it’s very slim, sleek and looks very premium. It is also very responsive and works well with gloves on, coming to the camera, the quality is pretty good, audio is clear, there is slightly buffeting at higher speeds but it gets the job done, the tpms is also quite accurate. The dashcam footage can be accessed through the Viidure app, you can manage the recordings on the screen as well as the app. The mount is also detachable, you need 2 allen keys to detach it incase you park the vehicle in any shady area.
Coming to the downside, firstly the remote buttons are not backlit , I would’ve liked them to be so as it will be helpful during night rides, then comes the mount, it is made of plastic, at this price range, I was expecting a metal mount which would be very sturdy over the long run.
Overall, I’m pretty impressed with the product, it’s a clear winner when compared to its competitors, both in terms of features and budget, definitely recommend this one. Go for it !!
P.S – if you own a sports bike, you will have to purchase a stem mount separately because the mount provided is not compatible to the clip on handlebar of a sports bike.
