For outstation warranty claims, customers are responsible for safely shipping the product to the service center. SIMTAC will return the repaired/replaced unit at no extra cost.

We would like to inform you that it supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay — so you can easily use bike route navigation through your preferred maps app directly on the display.
Mount is not stable if road conditions is not good than screen not stable
Dear Sir,
Kindly make sure the mount is screwed properly, sir. Many of our customers are using this same screen model, and we haven’t received any such complaints so far.
