I have purchased the product today and unboxed the product myself.
However I did not get any sun share in the box.
Also the TPMS sensor for the front wheel is showing my a pressure of 62 psi which is actually not the correct data.

Regarding the button on the top of the display, it is a multi-function button used for:
Touch Enable / Disable
Restart
Power ON / OFF
About storage, the screen does not have any internal memory, and we do not provide an SD card along with the unit. You can use a 128 GB Class 10 (C10) micro SD card, which is recommended for this model.

Is there any way to get interface change as it’s look outdated now any plan to give some update to software

I have installed this device. Everything seems to be working fine only thing is I am not able to view the recorded video in without turning on my bike or taking out the memory card. I thing a simple app should be there so that we can easily transfer the video to our phone

Thank you for sharing your feedback. You can easily view and transfer the recorded videos without removing the memory card by using the Viidure App.
Just connect the device to the app, and you’ll be able to access, download, and manage all your recordings directly on your phone—no need to start the bike or take out the card.
Not able to access videos without starting the bike as in the viidure app it shows camera is offline. It only connects when bike is on. Morever, I downloaded some recordings which got moved to local album in tha app itself which as fine, but when i deleted the downloaded files from the interface to free up physical memory card space the recordings also got removed from local album. Gone permenantly.. need a urgent solution. Do i need to carry lots and lots of physical sd card ?

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we truly understand how frustrating this experience can be.
Regarding the camera showing offline, the device connects only when the bike is powered ON. This is a safety and design feature of the system, not a fault. However, once the bike is on, you can download any recordings you need directly through the app.
About the deleted recordings, the “Local Album” inside the app is only a mirror of the files you download from the SD card. When those downloaded files are deleted from the app, they are removed from the Local Album as well. Unfortunately, once deleted from both locations, they cannot be recovered.
You do not need to carry multiple SD cards. A single card is enough, as long as important clips are downloaded and saved separately—either to your phone storage or any cloud storage—before deleting them from the app.
Hi all, just installed a M6DT navigation system on my RE 450. Everything seems to be fine …..in that my phone’s Bluetooth and the WiFi are both showing connected to the navigation system and yet, cannot mirror my Google map on the navigation display. Anyone, any ideas as to why and how this could be happening. Thanks
